Where is the Hook & Loop Fastener?Updated a year ago

The Hook and Loop Fastener Base is on the "underside" of the green sponge Scrubber. You remove the Scrubber, and the Hook & Loop is exposed on the top of the plastic that connects to the Horsepower.
