We are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. In the event you are not completely satisfied, we'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 30 days after you receive them (excluding return shipping charges). Refunds will be made to your original form of payment.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received at our warehouse, refund payment will be processed to your original form of payment. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 business days after your return is processed. HorsepowerHome will not be responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments.  A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges).
